Hey friends and family! As you may or may not know, I’ve taken a few BIG steps in my life lately. I’m dedicating myself 100% to my health and fitness and I’m posting this to hold myself accountable and to ask for your support.
I’ve signed as an Virtual Fitness Coach. To push myself and help others stay on track. We offer customized workouts, meal plans, one on one coaching and accountability groups.
Who wants to join the 20-Day challenge with me & lose up to 15 lbs.? Next challenge starts Monday. I have 50 lbs. I need to drop & I NEED this!
